Implants are made from surgically pure titanium, which also has a proven track record in hip replacements. They are placed into the bone under the gum and perform a similar function to natural tooth roots. Implants are small and hidden from view inside the mouth.

Many people have just one or two missing teeth leaving unsightly gaps or perhaps they wear a small plastic or metal denture. With implants there may no longer be a need for a gap or denture.
